So the login is bad. Unless the T&Cs change I shouldnt have to agree every time I login. Login should be saved. Do some research on the age range that is using this app

The ONLY reason I D/L this app, was for the ticket scanner for the scratch offs. Lol It just sits there and beeps. Ive tried it in every kind of light imaginable, with no glares and no shade... Please fix.

Scanner never works!!!! Tried reinstalling the app and still doesnt work!

Was working great then of a suddenly the scanner doesnt work or that fact I cant into my account from it. Also forbidden to even ask for app support!!

Having to log-in and agree to terms each time you wish to submit a ticket it terrible in the day when just about every other app uses Touch ID. Not even allowing you to save your log-in ID like most other bank and credit card accounts is not user friendly at all.

And I dont mean Point Of Sale. Like everyone else is saying.. Previous version was capable of remembering your login credentials.. not anymore. Now must type in user ID and password every time to submit a losing ticket. Id rate 0 stars if I could.

Have to log into app every time you use it! Old version you did not have to.. HATE the app now...

The app works well unless you want to submit losing tickets to My Lotto Rewards. It used to hang on to your email and password but not any more. If they fixed this issue, I would be happy to give it a 5 star.

The last upgrade was terrible. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it works. Test your upgrades before pushing it out!!!

Nothing like losing in the lottery and then losing on this app. You can not save your info and have to log in each and every time.

Liked this app at one time. Upgrade just killed it. Have to log in each time to input losing tickets. I hit scanner or camera and it just does nothing. Useless. And thats to bad. Fix it and Ill write another review.

Why else would you want this app unless its to scan your ticket real quick. But it just beeps and beeps and beeps. Oh and did I mention IT BEEPS and does nothing.

The basic ticket scan scanning works and that is where the functionality ends. If you want the submit your scanned ticket(s) for points the App asks for a login and to (re)accept the terms each and every time you open the App. And that is extremely annoying. Anyone not seeing this issue is either never closing/parking the App or is not submitting their tickets for points.

Normally the app works well but for some reason when I open it I cant even get past the logo screen. Very annoying.

The scanner working seems to be a bit of a crapshoot (no pun intended). There’s some times where you can get it to work, and other times not as all. I would like to make a suggestion that the developer look into making the scanner work more properly, but with the introduction of MyLotto Rewards, it would be wonderful to be able to scan your ticket, and have it immediately add the points to your account. Michigan Lottery’s app is able to do this through their Player’s Club.

Takes the fun out when the scanner doesnt work for keno. FIX THE SCANNER!!!

This App is horrible. It freezes and you cant get past the home screen. Whats the point? Disappointed!!!!

After reading other reviews from late 2014, I thought this would not work. But I got it a week ago and it works perfectly. It has everything. I use ios8 and have not encountered any freezing, very smooth

The new app with the ability to scan tickets for second chance and rewards points is the best new feature Ive seen EVER

Had a stack of what I thought was losers and was about to throw away. Friend said to try this app so I did. Found a $20 winning cashword!
