Idk why everyone is complaining about the scanner not working. I just scanned over 50 scratch off tickets in less than 5 minutes with no issues

Scanner works great and I like how fast you can scan your tickets and then enter losing tickets into the Rewards program. My major complaint is that the app REQUIRES YOU TO ENTER YOUR LOG-IN CREDENTIALS EVERY TIME YOU USE THE APP! This makes no sense. You have to type in your log-in info AND then scroll through the user agreement and accept it every time you launch the app! Also, the audio feedback for winning, non-winning, and scan errors are all the same generic "beep". It would be very userful to have, for example, one tone for a winning ticket (to celebrate your good luck). A nice app soured by very simple and basic user inteface protocols that diminish the experience.

Scanner doesnt work for iPhone 6 but works on my boyfriends 6s???

With the current version the bar code scanner does not work as well as the previous version. Also would like to see the Touch ID feature built into mylotto awards.

Have to log in every time you open the app. Old version would allow you to remain logged in. Fail!!!! Not user friendly at all.

Scanner always has issues and will close out the app. Would think with the amount of money the Ohio lottery makes, the app would function correctly 100% of the time instead of 25% of the time.

This app used to be good but the scanner quit working. Suspect they were loosing money because it hasnt worked for several months and using an iPhone you would think they focus on a fix, but the dont seem to be in a hurry!

This app is absolutely horrendous. Tried to scan the barcode on my scratch offs and it just kept beeping and beeping until it killed my phones battery.

Apparently Im not the only one with ticket scanner issues. Very frustrating!!! It used to work fine but now nothing. Is there a software issue that needs fixed???

Idk what all the negative reviews are about .. I have had no issues (fingers crossed) with the app .. Scanner or otherwise .. Im still logged in and dont have to accept the agreement again - if it happens, I will be changing my review lol .. Until then - great app!

I wish it let you stay logged in.

Its a decent overall app for something that looks like it hasnt been touched since the iPhone 4 days. Everything has been responsive until recently. I use this primarily to scan losing lottery tickets for the My Lotto Rewards, but now the app makes me login every single time I launch the app. You also have to scroll to the bottom of a very long screen to agree to terms each login too. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP ASAP!
