Scanning a ticket should not require you personal information. This probably violates some State req so this not required. Let's let more udenty theft happen just to scan a ticket. Crazy and unneeded risk and the reason for it is crazy. It doesn't stop people or make people play responsible. Are you saying you are now tracking people's actions in the app. None of your business. I encourage everyone to remove this APP.

Do not like the new app requiring a scan of a drivers license. .

Why change something that's not broke this new app you can put it were the sun doesn't shine.

Less than 1 star! New app won't let me even scan a ticket without creating an account and uploading a driver's license. I guess I'll have to old school it and run my tickets under the scanner in the stores. Horrible app!

The old app was great I thought but this updated app ..oh my I had to unistall the app 3 times then I even had to restart scan tickets it says error, then you click on like the pick 3 or keno and it just says loading and it freezes ..Ohio lottery please fix these problems or get rid of the updated version

The app use to work well, Not anymore. Ticket scanner does not work anymore. And the whole app needs a face lift.

I found out the reason for the constant beeping!!!! Its not a problem with scanning This, for some odd reason, is the apps way of saying "Hey idiot, you dont have an account set up" Yeah, it only beeps like that (as if it cant scan) ONLY if you dont have a MyLotto Rewards account activated in the app, add the account, and it scans fine Not sure why, instead of beeping like crazy, why it cant just pop up a message saying "Please sign up for a MyLotto account before scanning

This is a good app overall. The login thing is a little annoying but deserves a 1 star drop not a 1 star rating. The scanner is great and its easy to check lottery results. How much do you really want out of a lottery app?

...that I have to login every time I scan a ticket to submit to MyLotto Rewards. App should be able to remember login info. And why is a ticket with multiple bets still only worth 5 points???

The app isnt loading so I can enter/scan tickets. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it without success. It worked great for awhile but now?? No way Id give it -10 stars for not working like it should. Please update your app so itll work correctly again as I have tickets piling up that I need to enter.

App used to work great now it doesnt work at all. Trying to run app on an iPhone 6. Reinstalls did nothing to correct these issues.

Easy to use! Great way to get information and add second chance tickets!

I should not have to log in every time I need to submit anything. There should be an option to turn log in on or off.

Logging in over and over is a pain. But at least it works.

I normally do not write reviews... But this app is so horrible. Waste of time.

The app is a good source for current jackpots and scanning tickets, but the interface is very dated and needs improvement. As another reviewer mentioned, there needs to be an option for the app to remember MyRewards username and password so we dont have to enter it and agree to the terms EVERY SINGLE TIME. Completely unnecessary.

Update: Still absolutely horrible. DESPERATELY NEEDS AN OPTION TO STAY LOGGED IN! I am sick of having to not only log in every time, but then having to scroll all the way down to accept ToS every login. If you dont want people to use the My Lotto Rewards program, then just end it. This is more complicated that its worth. Pre-iOS 10 review: Its a decent overall app for something that looks like it hasnt been touched since the iPhone 4 days. Everything has been responsive until recently. I use this primarily to scan losing lottery tickets for the My Lotto Rewards, but now the app makes me login every single time I launch the app. You also have to scroll to the bottom of a very long screen to agree to terms each login too. PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP ASAP!

Same as reviews above, especially the constant log in issue, but why must it need to stop music playback when opened???
